The rooms were luxurious and brand-new with breakfast😃😃

Overall had real good stay for 1 night. The breakfast was warm with bacon and eggs and pork, as for instance, and had all you need. Extremely friendly stuff, was willing to help with travel tips. The location seemed good and easy next to a steak house. Besides, we where near to the interstate and local restaurants and mall, and Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

It had a good restaurant at the bar of the restaurant.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot for what we needed to do. The check in process was seamless. Once we entered our room the nightmare began. There was dirt and hair on the toilet! We alerted front desk and was moved to another room but not before we were asked for a $50 deposit. Of course I refused and went to the next room. We were very tired and just wanted to go to sleep. I jump in the shower and look up, there are two used bath clothes hanging over the shower WTF!! Okay back to the front desk we go. Request a refund and to check out to be told oh no we can't refund your money because you book 3rd party. After much debate about this we agree that they can clean a room and put fresh linens on the beds and we would have to stay. We go the this next room and check the sheets and there is hair (in) the bed, the microwave was dirty and the toilet inside and out was dirty. We sit in the room while its being cleaned which was very awkward and uncomfortable. The cleaning agents they sprayed smelled so strong my hear hurt and I was clogged up all night. We finally get to go to bed with the promise that when the manager arrives in the morning they would refund my money and provide compensation for this horrible experience. The morning brought more bad news. A free buffet breakfast! Great, we go to eat to find hair and food on the dishes!!! Ok that's it. We dealt with getting my money back for another hour, left to eat elsewhere, came back to be find nothing resolved! This was 2 weeks ago and we still don't have our money back!

Dirty rooms, very dirty rooms, lack of resolution, nasty restaurant/food.

Check-in was smooth, but the pool was unexpectedly closed .

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with breakfast. The location was comfy and unbeatable, in Steak House! It was also just next door to common areas and an amazing restaurant and Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Comfortable Stay with Some Drawbacks

The clean king room offered us comfort after a long day, and we appreciated the quick room service that brought us extra towels. A more reliable maintenance would enhance the experience.

I loved that I could easily stroll to beautiful City Lake Park, just a little over 3 km away, and take in the lovely views and fresh air. The staff were really friendly and accommodating .

The staff were more than helpful and always had a smile. King room with a queen sofa pull out, had essentials required.

The lobby impressed with its spaciousness and cleanliness. I appreciated the detailed text messaging system to check on guests, more immediate than traditional calls.

While most staff were pleasant, there was one interaction that raised my eyebrows.
